1838 and 2238 Rock Drills in Production at Huizhong Workshop

Recently, a new batch of domestic 1838 and 2238 rock drills is being assembled at the Huizhong workshop.

The current production includes impact units, rotation assemblies, cylinders, housings, and other major components. After assembly, each rock drill is tested before delivery.

The 1838 and 2238 models are mainly used for underground mining and tunneling applications. Many customers choose these models because of their lower maintenance cost and the availability of spare parts.

Besides complete rock drills, the workshop also produces and stocks common spare parts, including cylinders, pistons, front housings, rear housings, seal kits, and rotation parts. This allows customers to purchase both complete units and replacement parts from the same supplier.

During production, technicians inspect the fit of major components and check the operating condition of the rock drill before shipment. Finished products are packed after testing and prepared for delivery according to customer requirements.
